On the sheet..What do the following abreviations mean?: RT EU ED EF SET - HR As well I have seen the phrase "Death Ground". Can you plaese tell me, what does that mean? Joey

EU- Eyes up ED -Eyes Down EF - Eyes forward SET - the sets you have to complete HR - Heart rate Before you start next set. Death Ground - Move the weight like your life depends on it.
